At the beginning
of the May holidays (24.4.-26.4.2021), DHPS teachers had the opportunity to
participate in a regional in-service training on the topic of "Competence-oriented teaching with the help
of digital media".
The online
course was conducted within the framework of the digital education fair under
the direction of Tanja Mayr and Benjamin Pauluschke.
Tanja Mayr is a
lecturer at the "Akademie für Lehrerfortbildung und Personalführung
Dillingen" (ALP) [Academy for
teacher training and personnel management] with a focus on "didactics and
methodology of teaching". Benjamin
Pauluschke is a staff member of the e-learning competence centre of the ALP
Dillingen and the Bavaria-wide in-depth module "media didactics" , as
well as co-responsible for the pedagogical concept in the working group
"lernraum.zukunft" of the academy.
The use of
Padlet, mentimeter, zumpad or the joint creation of a mind map online were the
focus of the content and took away the educators' "fear of new
things".
Whether together
in the classroom or digitally from Dubai, Doha, South Africa, Europe or Addis
Ababa - the cooperation among the participants and with the organisers was
fantastic.
