On December 14, 2025, Swakopmund once again hosted the FNB Sandman Triathlon: swim, bike, run!
Among the participants were at least 55 motivated DHPS athletes, proudly representing the school in this exciting event.

Around 17 DHPS athletes took on the full triathlon distance, completing all three disciplines on their own. The remaining 38 participants competed in various team formats, each tackling one of the three disciplines.

The weather was perfect: bright sunshine, a pleasant 22°C water temperature – only the wind posed a challenge for the cyclists. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the event was marked by team spirit and outstanding athletic performance.

Mini Triathlon (150m swim, 6km bike, 3km run)

2. Plätze: Tristen Büttner (Men, Under 15)
3. Plätze: Leonie de Lange (Women, under 15)
Sprint Triathlon (400m swim, 20km bike, 3km run)

1. Plätze: Kyra Marschall (Women, Under 16), Laura Voss (Women – Elite)
2. Plätze: Lillian Kibble (Women, Under 16)
3. Plätze: Sandra Schnebel (Women, Under 16), Fynn Middelton (Men, Under 16), Silke Schnebel (Women– Elite)
