From the 2019 school year a unique profile will be added to our regular music lessons:
As part of the regular compulsory music lessons, learners receive instructions on correct individual singing techniques and music theory in the choir class community.

No musical background is required for the choir class. Joy in singing is of course a prerequisite!

Experience music . . .

• People who make music can understand music.
• Music theory (musical notation, rhythm, musical forms and harmony) is acquired in practice and will be evaluated by tests.

Together we are strong . . .

• Singing and making music in a group promotes the key competencies such as team skills, mutual awareness and support.
• Singing develops a comprehensive body awareness.
• Sharing experiences in concerts is great fun.
• Music builds bridges and community, when language alone is not enough.

Registration:
Please register your child for the Choir Class until 30 November 2018 by returning the registration slip to the current music teachers.
