From 20 to 23 February, the Cana Zone IV swimming competitions were held in Botswana. Five of our swimmers were also part of the national team and we are extremely proud of our #TeamDHPS :

Nicole Redecker:
- 4th place in 200 m breast stroke and 200 m medley
- 5th in the 200 m medley relay

Maya Stange:
- 1st in 200 m breaststroke
- 3rd in 50 m breaststroke, 50 m backstroke and 50 m freestyle

Trisha Mutumbulua:
- 2nd in the 200 m in the freestyle relay
- 3nd in the 200 m in the freestyle relay
- 5th in 50 m butterfly

Tiana Esslinger:
- 1st in 200 m backstroke and a new CANA IV record
- 2nd in the 400m freestyle relay
- 3rd in 100 m backstroke
- 3nd in the 200 m in the freestyle relay
- 5th in 200m breaststroke and 200 m freestyle

Nico Esslinger:
- 3rd in the 400m freestyle relay and the 200 m freestyle relay
- 5th in 200m breaststroke and in the 800 m freestyle
