Congrats to your German Language Diploma (DSD II)

In In the first week of the academic year, one special event followed the next. Besides welcoming our first graders on their first day at school, there was also reason to celebrate for our 2017 graduates:

Nine DHPS alumni were handed the Deutsche Sprachdiplom (DSD II) (German Language Diploma) by Ullrich Kinne, head of the Cultural department of the German Embassy in Windhoek. In addition to excellent achievements in the German language, which pave the young graduates’ way to German universities and vocational training, outstanding NSSC results were also honoured.

The following DHPS learners showed particular good performance:
  • 2nd place in the country, English mother tongue: Gabriel Hamalwa
  • Top 20 German as a foreign language: Mhudi Simana, Gabriel Hamalwa, Ukendisa Uazeua, Emeka Nwagboso
  • Place 19 country-wide, English mother tongue: Ukendisa Uazeua

Congratulations - and we wish you every success on the spring-board to Germany, Europe and the world!
