Acquisition of competenceAllocation of teaching assignmentsGeneral objectives:Classes in Religious Education at the DHPS are open for pupils with different onvictions and ecumenically geared. Thus they contribute to the understanding within plurality and aim at verifiable competences and contents, while faith itself voids verification. Children and teenagers are accompanied while looking for orientation and life erspective and are not only informed with regard to the Christian faith and its raditions but also familiarized with faith as mindset, attitude and conduct of life. Classes in Religious Education allow an insight into the Christian character of our ulture and lead in an elementary way to the biblical-Christian tradition. Just as in thics classes starting from Grade 8 the pupils deal with meaning and values and are aught how to develop and maintain positions of their own.
